-We're 16 year old girls

-It can be anywere in the United States

-Of course we need to be able to stay there

-It should be atleast 3-4 full days (since we are traveling far to go to it) :o)

  1. nike camps are good and las year I went to a SPIKE camp in rochester, mn it was 3 days 9 hrs a day. really tough but I really learned a lot from it and I will begoing again this year!

  2. I go to West Point sports camps. Don't worry, they wont make you do any army stuff. You just go and it's a normal camp, just you sleep in the barracks, and there are other students there. The website is www.goarmysports.com (I think. If not, type it in on google). It's in lower New York. Near where Long Island starts. It's 5 days long and it's overnight. It's like the best camp everrrr! I'm going this year for Tennis camp and then Volleyball camp a week later. And you can request roomates. So you can ask if your friend can sleep in the same room as yu when you fill out the form. Hope I helped =D

  3. bard collage and new paltz sunny

  4. If you really want the best...look into Gold Medal Squared.  They are usually just weekend trips but it's ran by three of the best volleyball coaches in history.  If that's not an option, I personally love the BYU camps.  You stay at some dorms on campus, they give you meal cards etc., and you'll be so sore you'll get your money's worth!  You can also talk to the head coach of your high school program and see if they're willing to bring people in.  This is my favorite because you get to sleep in your own bed, eat food you're used to eating etc.  These camps are usually decently cheap-the one I work for charges about $120 or so per girl (depending on the number of girls) and that includes a shirt, 2 coaches that run 4 days of sessions morning, afternoon and 2 optional evening sessions.  Not only do you get the comfort of home with these camps but they're usually smaller so you can get individual help, especially since the coaches are staying there and have nothing to do other than coach!  AND you get to practice with girls you'll be playing with so you can set up offenses, attacks  etc.

  5. There are many ways to find camps one way you can check out  usavolleyball.org they may have a few places. Another idea is do you know what college you may want to attend? if you do than check out that school and see if they have a camp that way you check out campus and meet the coaches and maybe get noticed so they give you a scholarship. if not the University of hawaii at manoa always has a great camp check the out. i hope that was helpful. have a great summer

  6. yeah there are alot of really good ones in california.....such as the pepperdine camp, the stanford camp, and the ucla camp........they cost alot but are worth it.
