Volleyball tips for tryouts!?

i am a volleyball player and need some tips on skills so i can get them right especially the day of try outs so i can make the team, we also have an endurance run, 1 mile in under 10min. with out stopping

  1. Ok well if your goig for a club I was told to were a BRIGHT shirt it makes you more notiable. Also always hustle and always talk if you want to work on running jog about a mile everyday not to hard believe me after 2 weeks you are TONS faster if you  don't have that time then keep going and on the mile the first two laps give about 75% the third lap go 80% and the forth lap go 90% Good Luck email me if  you make it!

  3. if you are a volleyball player the best thing to do is drink a lot of water and never play and have the tryout or do the calisthenics when you are hungry.Always eat healthy foods and before playing make some stretching moves so you will not have muscle aches by tomorrow.

  5. i am a volleyball player and what i do is when i am about to touch the ball i just think to my silf 'i have done this a million times' than it comes out perfect try it! as for the rin the reason coaches do that is because they dont want slakers on their team so i would get up early in the morning and start practiceing the mile around ur neiborhood. i run cross country so i know a few things about running 1. to prevent cramps and to jut run easyer breath in your nose and out your mouth. 2. start out the run 3/4 speed than after 1 minute run normally, comfortably than about 1 minute before the finish 3/4 speed again than about 20 feet from the finish sprint like youve never sprinted before! as for not stopping when you get tired and you want to walk you can slow down but put some bounce into your step so your still running.
