Question:

Volleyball training for legs?

I played competitive volleyball for 3 years and then I stopped for nearly 3 years also. Now I'm going back in training. I just want to ask if you know any leg drills that i can do with or without weights especially for the hamstrings.

I need to recover really fast from the long rest period.

Thank you
