does anyone know of a good volleyball training program to prepare for my high school team. I need to know what are the best things to do oin order to be in shape for the new seasono. Thank you.

  1. just search volleyball club websites around your area so you can practice and get better.  


  2. Set the ball against the wall, pass to yourself against the wall, and hit downward repeatedly at the wall. This will help a lot. It'll keep you sharp on the things your good at and help you get better at the things your not good at. Also, try getting some friends together to play at a gym, and pepper with them, or see if you can set up a net and do some scrimmaging or queen of the court.

    To get in shape for the season, run a lot,stretch every day, and do any exercise that can keep you low and get your butt low. Like wall sits, squats and shuffling across the floor in the ready position.
