Varsity tryouts are on monday.
I'm pretty good at volleyball and eat mostly healthy.
I run daily, bike most every day, do pilates and strengthening exercises, and of course practice serving, setting, blocking, spiking, passing, and diving.
What should my diet consist of from now on to have maximum performance?
The tryouts last 4 days.
I don't have allergies or food restrictions.
We eat vegetarian on friday because of our religious beliefs, but that's it.
