  1. Just keep trying your  hardest. Maybe the coaches will see your drive and determination, and that will cinch the deal for you. Don't worry about what they're thinking. If you're good enough for the team, the coaches will recognize your skill and put you on the team. Just focus on the drills and on having fun while ur at it. You're probably better off than you think.

  2. its okay i was nervous the first time that i tried out too. The coaches are always watching you even if they aren't staring at you and most of the time they do not judge you by how well you play but how much effort you put in it so if you give it your all you are most likely to make the team.. if you make it just practice practice practice so they know they made the right decision.

  3. i just told this to someone else:

just eat well tonight and get lots of sleep.

when you get to your tryouts BELIEVE IN YOURSELF even if you cant believe you can. visualize what you are going to do before you do it. stay calm and remember, everyone else is nervous too and coaches know that.

also be LOUD and CALL the BALL this gets coaches attentions and shows you are a leader and team player

    GOOD LUCK!!!

  4. this is how everyone feels when they go to tryouts

when i tried out for my team i was really nervous and therefore i messed up and didnt make the first team. luckily i made the second team for my age group though. you just have to treat it like a normal practice and play your best. you cant get nervous and get scared when you make a tiny mistake. everyone at the tryouts will mess up. shake it off and show the coaches you can do it again without messing up.

some people try to impress the coaches with trying things they havent really perfected and are good at but they are more difficult things dont do that. show the coaches what you know. thats what will impress them. and also be aggressive. if at your tryouts you play a game, dont let a ball touch the floor show the coaches you will get every ball or try to at least.

forget about the coaches put them far back in your mind and just focus on what you are doing.

    Good luck!

  5. i think that you just need to calm down. when i tried out for my team, i had that same problem. so most likely it means that the  coaches aren't worried about you, but they want you to improve which is why they only seem to notice the things you do wrong.

  6. Good answers above here.

Relax.  Take deep breaths.  If you have been having tryouts all week, the coaches have noticed your good plays as well as you bad plays.  You are just more self conscious about the mistakes so you THINK the coaches only see your mistakes.

Concentrate on the things you can control and let everything else fall into place.  You can not control what other players do.  You can not control what the coaches think.  You can only control your serving, passing, setting, and the other skills on the court.  If you worry about other things, you will tense up.  If you think you are going to make a mistake, you are.

    Good luck.

  7. LoL..mOst of the cOaches do that if they don't have a probLem to that person...

so it means..you're in good terms..=]
