  1. i am right handed, and i go right, left, right(cuz thats how i learned) and it works fine for me! i am the bst spiker on our team!

you just need to get the timing and footwork down..

like i used to practice at home, but practiceing my footwork & hitting a beam..and it helped a lot! just find something you can practice with like that! :D

    hope this helped!

  2. it is easyer to do left, rigth, left

this help me raise me hit% from 25% to 95%

  3. that's the same thing thats happing to me! i don't know how to fix it, but if you find out, please post it!

  4. A right-handed hitter going for approach with left foot start, you have the option of 5-step approach (left--right--left--right-left) or 3-step approach (left--right--left--right-left).

The final "left" is a small step (I marked with one dash instead of two) compared to all other steps, and is to put your left foot next to your right foot to give you more power for vertical.

You should also do your rhythm swing with your arms so that you can jump higher.

    Hope this helps.
