  1. U probly cramped up bcuz u drank too much water, and if u didnt have water b4 running, idk what it is. As for your arms, just do push ups, lift weights if youd like, or milk cartons or something heavy.

  2. You should always stretch before running or exercising. Side-stretch, runner's stretch, rag doll stretch, and butterfly stretches are only a few that are good for preventing cramps in your side. If you get a cramp while you're running, a good way to stop them is to squish it. It will look odd, I can guarantee that. You need to bend over on the side that the cramp is on. Maybe even stop on the side of the gym for a break. Drinking lots of water and having a little snack before and after running helps, too. I hope this is what you meant!

  3. As far as the cramping, stretches and drinking water helps. To strengthen your arms, honestly the best method i've found is just playing! Do waht you want to get better at, and push yourself to hit harder, set farther, and jump higher! good luck

  4. I play volleyball this is like my seventh year, a good thing for your arms is to do about three hundred continuous sets againsst a wall, It really strengthens them, even if your not a setter, also push ups, ALOT of push ups (:

  5. You most likely got cramped in your leg because your muscles aren't used to that type of workout. I play volleyball and I just suggest that you stretch, you don't even have to be doing anything just stretch to loosen your muscles. Also you could do simple exercises if you want to strengthen the muscles. I hope that helps you so that you get less cramped up during practice.

I don't really have big arms or anything but you could try push-ups, or any other well known exercises. You might want to buy a volleyball and practice doing different moves so that you get the muscles where you want them.
