  1. by volleys do you mean rallies?

  2. SERVES : i personally r really good at serves at practice but in the game, I SUCK, well personally i try to hit hard but still have control of the BALL.We have to serve deep so we do have to hit it hard, but still in control.

VOLLYS: QUESTION; r u a setter? well i am so i have to set balls for the middle and far side. For me, i have to use my leg power and of course my hands too. this is kinda hard, u have to show someone in order to get it fully. well anyways for middle u push up, just up and not forward. as in for the far side, u push forward, its actually very easy. PRACTICE MAKES PERFECT :]

  3. well i been playing volleyball for 3years

u know in tennis when u jump high to hit ball

it kinda like through ball up  and hit it with your pam work on that

just keep on doing for agees u get hang of it or just hold ball in ur pam and throw it up in air and punch it like u going punch someone but u hitting up in air try to get over net it works

  4. work on ur arm stregth . with ur serves make sure that u r throwing the ball straigt not off to the side and dont cross over ur body when u hit it.  volleying is all about being able to get it to your target. keep ur shoulders and hips inline with wear u want the ball to go

  5. If you are serving over hand make sure you are fully rotating your serve hand and steping out with the opposite foot to get the most stregnth you can. Good Luck!

  6. PRACTICE! It's the best solution. Practice in stopping the ball. Do push-up for your arms. Do chest pass, bouncing of the ball, passing it in one hand for so many times. Your muscles will hurt for a day or two but it will pay off. My spike serves used to make it to the NET it never enters. But now after all the push-ups and the things I said. Voila! I can make accurate spike serves. And also if you serve make sure your hand is straight. Not exactly straight but at least only a LITTLE bent.

  7. Serves: They take practice! I am sure you know; never use your fist. Bad idea. Always use a open hand and hit the ball with your PALM. If you see that a ball keeps going one direction out. Move over, most leagues don't have rules about where you stand. Don't try to put spin on it. Just hit a floater until you have it down.

Volleys/Passing: Keep you elbows straight, never bend them. Bend your knees and get down! This will help you get a high arching pass to the setter.

  8. For your serves just work on your arm strength and work out daily. You should also practice hitting a ball against a wall or something as if you were serving.

For vollies if you are a passer make sure that you make a flat spot on your wrists and let the ball hit you don't swing your arms up and make sure you stay down and keep your head down because if you put your head up you might not be able to see where the ball hits and where it goes. If you are a setter make sure you use your finger tips. Also try not to put a spin on the ball because that makes it hard for the hitter(spiker) to hit it.If your a hitter(spiker) then make sure you work on your upper body strength you need a lot of it. Make sure you bring your arm all the way through the hit. Last make sure you watch the ball...

    Hope that helps!!!!

  9. I may have some tips but what do you mean by volleys? do you mean passing (bumping) perhaps? there is no move called a volley a volley is a rally.

    serve tips:

    1. Bow and arrow like position with your arms

    2. toss step hit (dont cross the serving line aka foot fault)

3 big open hand (no fist)

    4. follow through (all the way dont stop after hitting the ball follow your arm completely through)

i hope that helps dont really know what to say about volleys cuz that isnt a move...
