Volume problem. My Olevia TV is only a few months old. The volume is very low and unlistenable.

My Olevia TV is only a few months old. The volume is very low and unlistenable. Only the slightest volume is at the highest setting. I have checked all the menu settings and confirmed speaker is on and the mute is off. The cable remote does not operate the volume. I've tried the volume on the actual tv and also nothing. Please help.
