Volunteer Programs in Riverside/Orange County?

I'm trying to find some good volunteer programs to do over the weekend or a bit over the summer; I know there must be stuff out here but if anyone has any program names I'd appreciate it.

Environmental stuff or tutoring type things are my preferred form of volunteer work.
