Volunteer work at a hospital?

Question

When it's is volunteer work, is it everyday? How long? And what will I be doing?

I got job three weeks ago, and now I want to volunteer at a hopsital, can I do it?

Sorry, it's a lot of questions, but I need to know, thanks.

I volunteered once at a hospital, if you have something that you are specifically interested in, you should request to be put there, you will learn a lot!

If you are young, how about the Red Cross?  During the 1st Gulf War, I was a volunteen at a regional medical center on an Air Force Base.  I got to choose my hours, meet lots of single guys (I was 18), and had a lot of fun.  Basically I was a candy striper that got to take vital signs and run the reception counter.

I used to volunteer at a hospital when I was in high school.  I got to do a lot of things that were very interesting.  You can volunteer as much or as little as you like; they are happy for any help they can get!  Have fun!
