Go to your local library and ask them if they have a raise a Reader program. Its a six week program that takes up an hour of your time once a week. You can also go to your local recreation centre. There are camps and swimming lessons that always need volunteers. Does your city have an official website? Try it, ours has a section for volunteering. You can try a Children's hospital around your area. Read books or entertain the kids under 8 there.
