Volunteering at a daycare?

Iam volunteering for a daycare in my city that I live in over the summer break. I would like to know do I have to go in every Tuesday or Thursday? Yes I work every Tuesday and Thursday 8am to 2:30pm. I know that don't get paid at all its free to help. I need to know thanks
