Volunteering for Hurricane Gustav?

Im trying to figure out how to volunteer to help in some way...I just seen a public announcement on TV that said they were accepting 4000 volunteers to help with Hurrican Relief. I live in Oklahoma, and cant seem to find a site or anything about it.

Does anyone know a site...or if you live here perhaps you know who to talk to or where to go?
