Volunteers for Early Learning - Mid Day?

How do you find volunteers that have time mid-day to read to an individual child at a day care center for 15 minutes each, one hour a week?

Well.. you might try and contact the local high school to see if they would want to set up some type of program so that students can get volunteer hours. My high school has a service learning program and we are sent to one of the elementary schools in town to help out in the office or be a teacher aide. It is a really good opportunity for students so there might be a chance that your high school may go for it. Because it gives their students the chance to get volunteer hours that help out on their college applications!!
