Vonage HELP?

My phone line isn't working. Beofre it did but all of a sudden it stopped. help? I had vonage for a month and everything was fine until 4 days ago.

The phone line cord is connected from the phone to Phone Line 1

The ethernet chord is connected from my computer to the modem that is on my 2nd floor.

The Blue cord is connected to the Vonage system [blue internet port] to nothing. idk where the other end goes.

There is no port for it in my computer nor phone. So where does the other end go?

And the one for the computer isn't here now, was there one?

I looked all over the place for it and cannot find it though i think I could've sworn it was plugged in a few days ago after the phone stopped connecting. Is there a way i can get a new one?

the internet obviously works.

I LOOKED ON VONAGE BUT IT WONT HELP ME BECAUSE THEIR SETUP IS DIFFERENT BECAUSE IT SAYS THE ETHERNET IS SUPPOSE TO CONNECT TO THE VONAGE SYSTEM BUT I NEED TO TO CONNECT TO THE MODEM!

  1. When that happens to me, I replace all ethernet cables with new ones.  Then it works fine.

    Ok.

    one cord goes from the computer to the vonage box, vonage box to modem, modem to internet connection.. i.e. cable box or telephone line for dsl.

  2. The ethernet line from your modem should run to your Vonage router with another ethernet line running from your Vonage router to your computer.
