Vonage Phone Services?

Does anyone else have Vonage phone services and not like them?? We've had nothing but problems with it since my husband signed up for it. There are times I call people and they can't hear me, and then it will be ringing and ringing on my end and nothing on their end to even know I'm calling them. The only good thing is they are cheaper than our service we had before, but I guess you get what you pay for. I'm about to switch back to our old provider. Atleast I knew the phone was going to work when I needed it to. Anyone else have these problems?

I never had any problems with Vonage. In fact I paid 1 year in advance just to get a bit cheaper rate.

Call Vonage and let them know your problem.

Vonage SUCKS!

My mom has Vonage and she never gets her calls.

ANd she has had nothing but problems with them.

I say switch.Save yourself the headache.
