does anyone have vonage phone service, and gets prison calls?

With Vonage and many other VOIP services, they don't support collect/operator/3rd party billing.

I have vonage and have never had that problem. I now use a different service - love them just as much...partly because they are MUCH cheaper! If you were interested - send me an email and I will let you know who I use.
