Vonage help in bangalore?

I have Vonage modem which i got from US. Also i have airtel broadband connection at home. I am not able to connect vonage. Please anybody in bangalore who is using vonage help me in setting up this.

I am willing to pay for the service.

1 - Are you already a registered Vonage customer?

2 - Did you buy your Vonage box through an authorized Vonage retailer?

If answer to 1&2  is No, then it is not likely your Vonage box will work for you.

If answer to 1&2 is Yes, then have you registered your box MAC address on Vonage web site?

If answer to 1 is No, but 2 is Yes, you still need to create an account with Vonage and register the Vonage box MAC address:
