Vostro 1000 Pc restore?

Question

I have a virus on my computer ..win32/adware.virtumonde

I keep hitting Crtl F11 at start up to take my laptop back the its original factory condition but its not working. All i hear is a loud continuous beeping sound, I have tried to call support but was on hold for 2hours and when i finally spoke with someone, i was told that their system was down..which is complete BS. Is there any other way to take my laptop back to point zero..

 I have the same problem. It seems like the link above is just an advertisement for an antivirus program.  If anyone knows how to solve this please help.
