As a biased Irishman I'd have to say Liam Brady or Frank Stapleton but we all know and have to admit the honest truth Thierry Henry is by far not only the greatest player ever to play for Arsenal but one of the greatest players in the world ever!  My only mute point with your question is Tony Adams! the donkey man "Eehaw"  hes set of more alarms in the car park than enough with his defensive ball blasters over row Z.
