Michigan helmet is also the same helmet Deleware uses and why because the same coach coached at both schools and use the same design for both programs. So those that say Michigan helmet is the coolest helmet is also throwing a vote for Delewares helmet as well.

This coach designed the helmet for both Deleware and Michigan so his players can easily recongnize who's on the same team the forward pass was just lagalized and when it came to passing down field the qb had problems identifying who's who, so the coach made this simple helmet design. For both programs he coached at Deleware and Michigan.
