Voting cons...?

I know there are cons to not voting, as in your voice won't be heard, (even though I heard differing opinions.)

Are there any cons to voting? I heard if you vote, you will then be assigned to jury duty..

That won't get you off the hook in my state- we go by driver's licenses here.

An easy way to escape jury duty is to tell the lawyers you hate anyone who doesn't look or act exactly like you.
