Voulenteer Work help.?

I need to start doing some kind of voulenteer work or community serives for my college app. but i dont quite know

were to look.I want to become a teacher.So i was thinking help out at the elementary school across the street.I cant casuse i have school when they do.So that cant work.And then i was thinking voulenteering at Kaiser (hospital) but idk how to get that info.Or even what id do there. And how do keep track of how many hours you work.. ?? any suggestions on were to go or look for voulenteer work ?? <3

I would check with the Boys &amp; Girls Club, or maybe the YMCA. If you want to work with kids I think those would be good places to check because I know they sponsor kids day camps and other sorts of activities. Good luck!
