Vtech cordless phone?

Question

I have a vtech Vmix gz2434 phone and the caller i.d. readout is not displaying properly anymore. Is there a way for me to get a replacement screen and install it? Otherwise, the phone is working perfectly. And there are only certain spots where the readout is blank.

i HAVE A LS6125 PHONE.  I CAN'T RECORD THE MESSAGE FOR INCOMING CALLS.  INSTRUCTED WAY DOESN'T WORK.
