Vx32l has power when turned on i get blue screen...

Question

when i turn the tv on it powers up the the screen turns a dark blue
but none of the controls work. remote or the tv i have to turn it off by
unplugging the set. any help trouble shooting would be greatly appreciated since the set is 13 months old the warrenty is up on on my own what luck huh. thanks again for any insight.
