W-8Ben , Should i fill up the form?

I am staying in Singapore and have a website.

I am a new internet marketer and help worldwidebrands to sell it's products as an affiliate, after helping worldwidebrands to sell the product, they asked me to fill up the W-8Ben Forms, if not, they will not send me the cheque.

Can anyone advice me?
