W4 form filing help-Urgent?

I need help -

I got job very recently with Salary 68 K.employer gave w-4 form to fillout.I am married,2 kids , husband working.

Q)What my total count from A to H on W-4 ?

Q :What i have to choose for below (0 or 1 or none ?

A Enter "1" for yourself if no one else can claim you as a dependent A B Enter "1" if:

You are single and have only one job; or

You are married, have only one job, and your spouse does not work; or

Your wages from a second job or your spouse's wages (or the total of both) are $1,500 or less.

  1. Depending on what your husband makes, the withholding tables might not work very well for you.  If he also has a substantial salary, you'd probably be safer to each claim no more than 1 allowance until you see how that works out at the end of the year.


  2. Scratch everything that I told you before because your husband is listing 7 exemptions.  Your husband is trying to make his paychecks as large as possible.  He, I think, is stating that he will pay the taxes on 4/15 or when he files the tax return.  

    Because you are concerned about owing a lot of tax, put 2 down.  There will be more money withheld from your paycheck but that money will help in paying the tax bill when it is time to file your 1040.  So, I would put 1 for A, 1 for C, and 1 for H.  Line 5 should have 2.
