could the war be won if "we the people" changed the a.t.f. to the a.d.t.f.(alcohol,drugs,tobacco,firearms; wouldnt this allow more "firepower" for the 'battle"...

The war on drugs is a failure and adding one more group of testosterone filled cops will do nothing to stop illegal drugs.

Drug use is a health issue NOT a criminal one.
