MY FRIENDS R ALWAYS CALLEN ME SKINNY N THEY SAY THEY WISH THEY WAS MY SIZE N I SAY ITS ONLY CUZ OF MY HIGHT N THAT IM NOT THAT SKINNIE WERE ALL THE SAME AGE N IM 5'4 N 1 OF MY FRIENDS IF 5'6 IN I TELL HER DAT SHES NOT FAT N HER PARENTS DONT HELP THE COZ THEY SAY THE SAME THING LIKE THAT IM SKINNY N THEY TELL HER THAT SHE NEEDS 2 BE MORE LIKE ME...... ECT..... WHAT DO I DO....

  1. Just tell your friend that not every one is the same cause if they were how boring would that be! Skinny is not the perfect size for everyone!


  2. Since when is size so important real people dont care what size someone is its personality that counts

  3. There's nothing you can do other than ressure your friend that she looks fine just the way she is. She isn't you, and doesn't have to be you in order to feel like she's worth something.

    Her parents are not helping the situation, but just continue to reassure your friend. However, she has to love herself before anyone else can convince her otherwise.

    Society is harsh! They paint this "ideal" image of what women should be and what we should look like. The best defense against letting this ideal get her down is to learn to love WHO she is, not just what she looks like. It's easier said than done, but if you want any advice, it would be to reinforce this notion.
