Dude at 5'7 even if you were freakishly good, you'd still be a defensive liability AT THE NBA LEVEL. The reality is that there will probably be someone who is taller than you who can out play you because all things being equal the taller guy wins. Sorry.

BUT there is a good opportunity to get a good college scholarship and education and there are opportunities overseas to pursue a basketball career. Plus if you drink heaps of milk and keep stretching and jumping you might grow overnight! I wouldn't count on it though!

lets say average height is 5-10 to 6 foot....so 6'7 is the average!

Well there are only 5 players under 6 foot who are in the NBA...out of say 1000.

so lets say if your 5 in a population of 400 millions....

chances are slim!!!!!!!

The average height is right at 6'7.

As for being too short;  of course not man.  Just ask Mugsey Bogues or Nate Robinson (5'3 and 5'6 respectively).  This is a league where Spudd Webb, whos 5'7, won an NBA dunk title.  Its basketball, so yeah, it helps to be tall, but basketball is a warrior's game so heart can make up for height.  If you got what it takes, you can definitely go pro at 5'7.  Its not easy, but, like KG says, anything is possible. ;)
