Many community colleges have this program.  Look on their websites and/or ask your school guidance counselors.    Ask around in your area to see which one has the best reputation.   The next time you go to the dentist, ask for their opinions too.  The program usually lasts one to two years and isn't terribly complex, so there is no need to study far away.
