Vitali Klitschko, the world number two heavyweight pugilist and the man who has been ruling his division emphatically since 2008 by wearing around his waist the WBC Heavyweight gold, says that he can leave boxing any time.
These comments were made by one half of the brothers of destruction, Vitali Klitschko, in an interview to one of the most reputable boxing sources.
Vitali, while sharing his thoughts and daily schedule, said that he is well aware that he has to quit boxing someday therefore he wants to continue to do something. The proud brother of Wladimir Klitschko said that he tries his level best to bring some positive
changes and especially wants to eradicate corruption from the streets of Kiev and the whole of Ukraine.
Vitali, who is bound to take on Dereck Chisora in an epic battle with the WBC heavyweight title on the line, said that he tries his level best to maintain himself. He remarked that he follows a stiff and stern training schedule and tries to accommodate his
political activities without harming his training.
The 40-year-old quoted that politics is not an easy job and that it takes a lot of time. While sharing his daily routine in detail, Vitali said that he puts aside a whole three hours just for sparring. He smirked while mentioning that his current level of
fitness makes his trainer, Fritz Sdunek, think that he can knockout opponents even if he is 60.
Vitali has enjoyed a charming, idealistic, and prosperous boxing career. He and his brother have been ruling the boxing scenario for the last 5-6 years. A glance at the stats clearly shows how much of a perfectionist the Doctor is. Vitali has been into 45
bouts and has won a whopping 43 of them. He has just allowed two opponents to overcome him.
Vitali Klitschko and Dereck Chisora will take on each other in Munich, Germany at Olympiahalle Arena in a 12-round bout.
Vitali will certainly prove again that the age factor cannot subjugate him from snatching a victory even from a young 28-year-old talented brawler. The fight is scheduled to take place on February 18, 2012.
