WCBS tv News, Jim Rosenfeld, does anyone know what happened to him. At first I thought vacation. Did I mis?

At first I thought that he was on vacation, but it seems too long for that. I think that he is gone..... Does anyone know anything about it. Did I miss something? Nice guy!! I wonder if he got placed elswhere. Sometime they move them around. Sometimes they just dump them. I'd love to know

He left, apparently due to budget cuts at CBS:

"Rosenfield's departure is part of the station's - and CBS' owned stations nationwide - shift to trim staff in response to the current economic climate.



Sluggish ratings and ad sales everywhere have forced station executives to look at budgets, which, lately have resulted in experienced and higher salaried, staffers leaving. It's a situation happening in newsrooms around town and around the country.

Word is Rosenfield will be able to take some time off while considering other offers, opportunities and options."
