Well.

I had a friend called Stephanie who had acne and all these funny spots all over and she was wide and chubby and had eczema and black frizzy hair! I don't like her much, but I tend to think of her when I hear "Stephanie" so how about:

Stefania?

it's a nice name, but a little overused.

i think of a brown haired girl with a few freckles, athletic, smart and cheerful.

I don't mind it. I picture a blonde girl. I actually always picture the girl out of Full House.
