WE NEED PARTY IDEAS! PLEASE HELP?

Im turning 14, my sisters turning 20. Joint party. In garden with bar. Need a theme the more childish the better! We were already thinking fairys! Ha

Since you are in a garden... how about a teddy bear's picnic?

You can ask all the guests to come with their teddybear and have really childish food... little sandwiches, cocktail sausages, chicken nuggests and you mustn't forget the Jelly and IceCream. Maybe even have a Teddybear cake.

Relieve the old parties with kiddy games - how about pass the parcel? Musical Statues? The Mummy Relay race (where the race is to wrap someone like a mummy in toilet paper)?

It doesn't matter how old we get, we all love being able to really let our hair down and just be a kid again

i love the fairy princess/ enchanted garden idea.  delicate foods, little lights, flowers, interesting punch?  i would serve a garden buffet with finger sandwiches, pasta salad, fruit/veggie platter....  you can sprinkle glitter all over the table... like fairy dust...such a cute idea for a garden party!

If you want childish and fairys, then have the theme be fairy princesses.  You and your sister could dress up as fairy princesses and pass out those little plastic tiaras to all the guests for party hats and/or make them dress up like fairy princesses.  That would be funny and lots of fun!  Get lots of sparkly decorations and little twinkly lights for out in the garden and make sure that all the drinks have little umbrellas in them, even the beer!  And put pink food coloring in all the clear drinks!  Then everyone can be all silly and act like they're 5 even if they aren't drunk.  For games you can have kiss the frog (with an overinflated water ballon with a frog drawn on it to see who pops the balloon and gets all wet) and pin the tail on the dragon and silly stuff like that.

Fairies wouldn't be good for boys so you need something unisex or a boy/girl thing like jocks and cheerleaders or 50s greaser guys and 50s rebel girls or poodle skirt girls.

General fancy dress? It makes it a bit more interesting and unique. If you can't think of any thing you want to do just leave it and get some party games :)
