WEB PAGES WONT SHOW

Question

My favorite and most common sites wont display and AIM 6 wont 'configure' yet internet is up and signal is great. Internet is going slow and wont record my history of the sites i go to. The last recorded things in the history category is t eh sites before I did a system restore on my computer. Please Help!
