WEBSITE BUSINESS online HELP AND ADVICE?

Hello all, im interested in making a website business, sort of similar to ebay lets say where people sign up and advertise what they want to sell.

How do i find out a bit more info about how to do it. I do know basic website designing, im just clueless on the copyright of the website, the laws and the terms and condition side of it all, in other words the paper works and law side.

Can anyone give me any helpful advice or any websites that may offer some ideas or easy explanation on how to do this.

The best option is to yahoo search or google search for 'e-commerce' or 'make online auction website' you'll get alot of results that way. That way you pick out the best.

Next when you actuall go through the website setting up etc make sure you're accepting paypal, moneybookers or alertpay payments too.  More options are best.

If you interested in business on internet, you need to think carefully and count the cost. making website is the easy part, you can have someone make for you  for just  ÃƒÂ‚£200, how you make your website visited is another matter. It will cost you a lot of money to get traffic if you do not know anything about it.
