i do at the moment 60 reps of 15kg with 4 sets then i do the same weight (15kg) and 10 power reps. Im doing both high reps and low reps but maintaining the same weight. I was just wondering if this would increase muscle. Thanks in advance =)

  1. I doubt you can do sets of 60 with decent form. Raise weight lower reps.


  2. You're doing what exercise with 15 kg? 60 reps of anything is probably only going to increase endurance.
