  1. you may be stressed out about something and think that by cutting yourself you are calming yourself down.  like punching a pillow or screaming when your mad.  you should meditate.  i know it sounds weird, but it works.  you could consider counseling.


  2. you are insecure in your problems and need to express it some way, tho it may not be the right way, you feel you hav to do it anyway
