THIS GIRL SAID " ALOT OF PEOPLE ARE FREAKED OUT OF BUYING PRODUCTS MADE IN CHINA BECAUSE OF EVERYTHING THAT'S GOING ON OVER THERE". I JUST WANTED TO KNOW, WHAT IS GOING ON OVER THERE?

i don't buy things made in china cuz most of it are toys and im no kid to play with toys

Another thing many don't realize is that most of the ingredients used in our prescription drugs are imported from China.  If the quality inherent in their other products is true across the board, we may have a lot more to worry about than just dangerous toys!

Lots of things have been going on over there. China has been feuding with Tibet for years and recently there has been a flare up. The Tibetans want their country back.

There have been other problems. We have been sent toxic products from China.

What is going on is that they are destroying the American manufacturing base by flooding the country with their cheap exports and not using the revenue to buy American exports.    Our trade deficit with China is out of control.   They are stockpiling our dollars and using some of them to buy oil, sometimes undercutting American oil interests.   We have engaged them in free trade but they are not playing fair - their environmental and labor protection is abysmal, and they constantly devalue their currency to the dollar in order to ensure their c**p will always be cheap in this country.   Add to all this that their government is one of the biggest human rights abusers in the world, and can't wait to attack and annex Taiwan, and you'll see why most of us think China should go **** itself.
