Camel, yak, or water buffalo.

Why?  Because I live in the U.S.A. (Idaho).  I sell meat goats.  I have customers from all over the world who come to my farm (students at the local University).

Depending on country of origin of the student, I've had customers tell me that camel, yak or water buffalo is "the best meat in the world."

I'd like to give them a whirl and see what I think.  If I could only try one, camel would be it.

One of my customers is getting married this summer.  For the wedding they will be butering 5 cammels and 20 sheep...large wedding.  Saudi Arabia if your currious.

OH, I feel bad for the turtles because they are so cute. But I woudl like to try gator.  They have farms and they raise them just for that.  Also I would like to try osterich. I hear it is good. I have had buffalo and it is good. I eat venison and that is good.
