    Seriously. Drink as much water as reasonably possible for you during the day. It will rehydrate you and not only keep your skin healthy looking, but will help all of the rest of your systems. If you don't like to drink water, try foods full of water, ie watermelon, other melons, anything juicy, or some vegetables. all of them will help your skin to look healthy.
