pros ---cheap manual labor, do not need much in the way of housing they usually bunk together about three families worth,they keep the lawyers and courts full

Cons--- they abuse the social system, health care system overburden, school overburden, accidents with no insurance on the rise, taxes not paying, social security cards and identities stolen and the prison system overflowing with illegals point is they cost far more to society than they give

PROS: they are contributors to this country. They do the jobs most Americans won't do. They pay billions in taxes every year, they make billions in purchases every year. All this money helps keep social security and medicare afloat. They work for low wages, and that helps American companies make those big profits, and it helps keep the prices of the products you buy low. Because most speak only Spanish, they create more work and jobs for the advertising companies (but some see it as a bad thing?)They bring their cultural beliefs and food to make this country more diverse, which is a beautiful thing.

CONS: They make Americans look lazy. SOME commit crimes, so then the racists consider them ALL criminals.

For the illegal aliens, the illegal aliens get rich on welfare.  Con here is that the Taxpayers get poor.

For the taxpayers.. they can always find someone around whom they can work for several hours for a couple of bucks.

It is morally reprehensible.

Pros:

- Various jobs are getting done that otherwise wouldn't OR would send costs skyrocketing because most of us American citizens wouldn't work for the c**p wages undocumented immigrants work for.

- Cultural diversity is enhanced.

Cons:

- Difficult to obtain documentation such as Social Security number either leading to tax evasion OR theft of social security number (although, THAT kinda' works out for the American citizen b/c they'll receive more back when they retired even though they didn't do all the work to receive such funds).

- Tie up courts with insignificant matters when we could focus on larger crimes.

The list goes on for both pros and cons, but I'm sure you get the idea. Ultimately, I think there are more pros than cons (here come the thumbs down)!

EDIT: I THINK IT IS SOOOO VERY INTERESTING THAT THE BEARER OF THIS QUESTION ASKED THAT PEOPLE DO NOT RESPOND IF THEY COULD ONLY SEE ONE SIDE OF THE COIN, YET MANY HAVE DONE JUST THAT. DEDUCTED REASONING WOULD CONCLUDE THAT SUCH PEOPLE MUST BE LACKING IN INTELLIGENCE.

I sure hope none of THEM are voting this year! We don't need another Bush in office.

Pro's, well I can't think of any right now.

Con's, well most illegals along with their supports are lazy arrogant and racist. after all, anyone who disrespects and pisses on our immigration laws is fairly worthless. They also like to talk bad about Americans which is pathetic.

There are no pros to "ILLEGAL" immigration only cons! Its illegal for crying out loud! It is sucking our countries resources dry! Go to You Tube and watch the video "Immigration Gumballs". If they are not here legally then they should be deported! I have no problem with immigrants! Only "ILLEGAL" immigrants. I almost lost a friend in a car accident. He was hit head on by a car load of drunk "ILLEGAL" Mexican immigrants who of course had no insurance! If you lived close to the problem and dealt with it on a daily basis you would probably have issues with "ILLEGAL" immigrants! That is unless you are one yourself!
