WHAT ARE TJMAX DEPARTMENT STORES IN GEORGIA RETURN POLICIES?

According to TJ Maxx's Web site, this is the return policy for all their stores:

"Unworn merchandise may be returned for a full refund in the original form of payment within thirty days of purchase, when accompanied by the original register receipt, and the original tickets attached. Purchases made by check are subject to a ten day waiting period for cash refunds.

"Customers returning merchandise after thirty days, with tickets and/or receipts, will receive a merchandise credit, for the ticketed price.

"Merchandise returned without tickets and/or receipts will be refunded as merchandise credit, in the form of a gift card, for the current selling price."

It goes on from there, but that's the main point.  If you have a specific issue, you need to deal directly with the individual store.  Good luck!!
