Best thing to do... there is so much, but I might suggest no matter what, watch the largest light display in the world that takes place next to where the red star ferry pier is on HK Island

If you are a male and above 21, then you get go to night clubs nearby to have fun with the gals. You can also actually go to The Peak by taking bus no. 40 to Garden Rd, outside HK Park and walk southwards to the Peak tram terminus and take the peak tram to get there. You can also take a star ferry ride for HK$2.2 to Tsim Sha Tsui at the Wan Chai Ferry Pier nearby and tour around the Promenade and the avenue of the Stars. If you go during 8 to 24 Aug, you can also catch the Olympic "live" by getting to see it on the big screen.

Go bar hoping in Wanchai after 10pm, end up in either Lagunas, Fenwicks, New Makarti's or Neptunes about 2am and party till dawn....stay away from the girly bars like popeye club, cavalier club and pink lady, they are a massive rip off and fleece tourists on a regular basis.
