  1. protein shakes. soy milk

just be healthy about it eating chips and junk food

wont slow down you're metabolism but make you feel like p**p :]

    you could get supplements :]

  2. go to an online body building (yes keep reading) site, such as bodybuilding.com and search for "weight gainer" what it is, is a gainer that body builders use to help get calories in to build muscle. Its PACKED with calories, and is relatively cheap.... TRUST ME it will help you gain weight as fast or slow as you want

  3. Eat a lot of fattening things that they say not to eat when you're trying to lose weight :)

  4. Check this site to see how many calories you need dailty to maintain your weight:

    http://www.magnetic-diet.com/calc/daily_...

Then eat about 500 to a 1000 calories more a day. And eat healthy, no candy, soda, McDonalds or it'll be fat & you wont like the way you look.

Dont eat big meals, eat often, every couple hours.

And if you can, lift weights. This will help you gain muscle, get toned, & look better.

  5. well i think you probably are fine as you are, i mean, your bmi is 19.2 which is healthy, but if you really want to gain weight, just eat a bunch of protein and carbs. you should work out a bit though, so it doesn't all turn into fat.

unless you want to be fat.

i don't really know your situation...

but anyways, if you want to just put on pounds but you don't care if it's fat or not, then you could just eat ice cream and cake and junk like that, have fun!!! i will totally be living through you :] lol

also, they say if you eat dinner late at night, and then have a snack right before bed, you will gain weight faster.

basically, just look up what to do when you're trying to lose weight, and do the opposite :]  good luck!

  6. Every night one hour before you go to sleep,  eat a peanut butter & jelly sandwich with a glass of milk or a large dish of ice cream or some other fattening dish that you like. Then just relax before to get into bed. Not burning off those calories will eventually cause them to accumulate on your body.

  7. Former skinny guy here(6'1" 150)

Whey protein. Those big *** jars that always show some muscled up guy on the label you see at the grocery store.

It helps if you're like me and just can't eat more than you already do.
