WHAT CAN I DO TO GET RID OF A ZIT OVERNIGHT? Please!!!?

I can't go to the store, and I just got a zit in the middle of my forehead and I CANNOT go in public tomorrow (and tomorrow is a very special occasion) until I get rid of this zit!

Unfortunately nothing will get rid of it overnight.  But, you can medicate it.  If it's a big one (under skin), ice will definitely help.  You can also apply a little (go light) neosporin or bacitracin.  Witch Hazel helps, and so does tea tree oil.  Start taking regular doses of motrin if you're not allergic to it (400 mg every 6-8 hours).  It will help with the swelling.  I tried toothpaste and it made things worse.  And the Clear Eyes stuff, doesn't work.  It's essentially a small infection, so you need to treat it like one.  A bandaid overnight with antibiotic ointment like neosporin, will help as well...but watch out, the bandaid could leave marks, so use the little round ones if you need you do this.

Two ideas:

1)  Put a dab of toothpaste on it (not gel). Leave it on overnight.

2)  Crush an aspirin and make into a paste using a little bit of water. Put that directly on the pimple.

You could go to your dermatologist and get a shot of cortisone to reduce the size, then cover any redness with a green based primer, concealor, and powder.
