WHAT CAUSES A PROBLEM WITH SOMEONES MENSTRUAL CYCLE? ?

I am 25 and for the past week and a half I have been spotting off and on..I know I am NOT pregnant but I really what to know what is wrong....CAN ANY ONE HELP..

  1. It really could be lots of things. Medication, stress, exercise...or it could just be random.


  2. STRESS is a huge cause of irregularities with periods.

    Birth control can help with that. Even if u don't have s*x....it regulates hormones

  3. hormone imbalance i think..

  4. Too fat, too thin, bad nutrition.  Cysts, hormonal issues, stress.  Diabetes or cancer.   Those are the ones I know of in order of likelihood.

  5. alcoholic beverages sometimes messes w/ ur cycle. if you've taken the morning after pill recently it causes spotting. stress as well post pones it... it can be many things

  6. um idk if your on birth control or not but i know it is common for spotting to occur when your on birth control.

  7. a lot of things can effect the menstrual cycle.

    if you're on birth control, that could effect it.

    if you missed a pill, it'll happen.

    or if you're nearing your appt. to get the shot, that'll effect it.

    also, being overly stressed will cause it to wishy-wash, kind of, and could cause spotting.
